I’ve been counting down the days till I’ve been able to share these images of Klay and Kelly’s wedding at Over the Vines farm in Edgerton, WI from last month.

It’s hard to know what to say about these two. I’ve known them for a little over a year and they’ve become such great friends in such a short time. The three of us, along with our friend Ali, had the opportunity to travel 8000 miles across the country capturing stories of redemption and hope on the Better Together Tour. As you can imagine, spending just about every waking moment in the close quarters of an RV, you get to know people real well, real fast. You get to see each other at their best… and their worst. And let me tell you, “the worst” of these two are not that bad at all. In fact, very little ever shook either of them from their vibrant joy, contagious positivity, or hearts that looked to serve others constantly. I trust their hearts more than most and I’m so excited for what God is going to do through them in their lives together.

All this made me incredibly excited for their wedding day. I don’t know that I’ve been a part of a wedding that’s been so honoring of the sacredness of marriage and so marked by their love for God and each other. The entire weekend, from the rehearsal dinner to the reception reflected so much joy and love. It was truly a privilege to be a part of.

And I can’t say enough about Over the Vines as a wedding venue. As you can tell, the grounds are absolutely beautiful but beyond that, the staff was so gracious and helpful throughout the day. I look forward to shooting there again! I was also really grateful to have the help of Vanessa, of VJoy Photography, capturing alongside me throughout the day and the day couldn’t have happened without the planning and organization of Lauren of Ryan Alexander Events.

Klay and Kelly, I love you both dearly and I’m so honored to have been a part of your day!
