Kristin & Andy’s Wedding | Stonebridge Country Club | Aurora Wedding Photographer

It’s been a few weeks of anticipation for me as I looked forward to when I’d get to post Kristin and Andy’s wedding from Stonebridge Country Club in Aurora, IL. Kristin and Andy are such a quality and fun couple and everything about their wedding day was so incredibly beautiful.

Kristin and her bridesmaids got ready at Stonebridge, while the guys prepped for the day at Naperville’s, Hotel Arista. I then had the opportunity to take some portraits with the bridal parties on Stonebridge’s grounds before the ceremony began. I love the contrast of the bridal parties against the backdrop of the enormity of the trees. The ceremony was then held outdoors behind Stonebridge’s clubhouse. Not only did we have an amazing day for it, but as far as outdoor suburban venues go for weddings, it is tough to compete with a wedding alter situated under a canopy of mature trees and Stonebridge’s beautifully manicured grounds. The fact that it was Fall and the leaves had just started to change only added to the perfection of the day.

Between the ceremony and reception, I had some time with Kristin and Andy for portraits along the golf course. We caught the afternoon sun just as it was fading, and it provided some beautifully soft light.
